JANUARY 2019 — While most arrived this morning armed with clever slogans on posters raised up high, I shuffled into the crowd lifting only my camera. The 2019 Women’s March in L.A. saw lower turnout than prior years, though attendance still reached the thousands. Heavy controversies had racked the main organizers of the national event, now only in its third year, connoting more division in a time when perhaps we shouldn’t mind more unity.
